Go2Pro Terms & Conditions

1. About These Terms

These Terms govern use of the Go2Pro website, mobile applications, professional portals, organization tools and related services operated by Go2Pro Inc. Certain identity, KYC, trust and evidence functions are provided through LutinX infrastructure operated by Lutin Technologies Inc. and may also be subject to the applicable LutinX legal notices.

By creating an account or using Go2Pro you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or, where permitted, the organization or child you are authorized to represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms are a legal/compliance implementation of the Go2Pro service design. They are not a legal opinion, and they do not replace local counsel review where required.

2. Who Operates Go2Pro

Go2Pro Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States of America, operates the Go2Pro platform and is the principal controller for Go2Pro-specific service data. General contact: info@go2pro.io. Privacy contact: privacy@go2pro.io. Safety contact: safety@go2pro.io.

Lutin Technologies Inc. (Delaware, USA) operates the LutinX.com identity, KYC, trust/evidence and related shared infrastructure used by Go2Pro. For core LutinX Account, identity, KYC and trust-record purposes, Lutin Technologies Inc. acts as an independent controller — not merely a processor on Go2Pro's behalf.

Go2Pro Football Srl (Via Mercalli 13, Rome, Italy) supports the football commercial network and Partner, Ambassador and Country Manager activities for football where governed by the applicable contract. It is not the global operator of Go2Pro and not automatically the controller of all Go2Pro users.

Go2Pro Media LLC (16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA) is the dedicated commercial entity for Go2Pro advertising, media and sponsorship solutions where the relevant proposal or order identifies it as contracting party. It does not receive unrestricted access to Go2Pro user personal data, and advertisers never receive personal data of minors for targeting.

3. Definitions

• Platform / Go2Pro — the Go2Pro website, apps and related services operated by Go2Pro Inc.
• Go2Pro Account — a user account on the Platform.
• LutinX Account / LutinX Identity — an identity record on the LutinX infrastructure operated by Lutin Technologies Inc.
• Athlete — a user whose profile represents an athlete; either an Adult Athlete (18+) or a Minor Athlete (under 18).
• Minor Athlete — an athlete under 18 whose profile is created, linked or approved through an authorized Parent/Guardian or organizational flow.
• Parent / Guardian — an adult legally responsible for a Minor Athlete, or another adult with the required legal authority.
• Professional — an adult user with a scouting, coaching, agency, club, academy, gym, sports-director or similar professional role.
• Scout, Coach, Sports Agent — specific Professional roles.
• Organization — a club, academy, gym, federation/association, promotion body or similar organization using Go2Pro tools.
• Organization Administrator — a person authorized to act for an Organization on Go2Pro.
• Event Organizer — the party responsible for a sports event listed or supported through Go2Pro.
• Partner — an Ambassador, Country Manager, Sub-Country Manager, Local Partner or similar commercial partner under a signed agreement.
• Advertiser / Sponsor — a party purchasing advertising or sponsorship through Go2Pro.
• Content — any text, image, video, audio or data uploaded or shared on the Platform.
• Athlete Content — Content concerning an athlete, including highlights and training or competition clips.
• Verified Skill / Assessment — a dated assessment made by an identified evaluator under a stated method.
• Verification Status — the status of a completed identity, professional or organizational verification.
• Contact Request — a request routed through Go2Pro from a Professional to a Parent/Guardian or authorized adult concerning an athlete.
• KYC — identity verification (know-your-customer) performed through LutinX or another approved provider.
• Professional Verification — verification of professional evidence (affiliation, qualification, license or role), distinct from identity KYC.
• LutinX Verification Event — a trust/evidence or fingerprint record created on LutinX infrastructure.
• Sponsored Content — content paid for or provided by an Advertiser/Sponsor, which must always be clearly labelled.

4. Eligibility

Adults. A Parent/Guardian, Professional, Organization representative, Partner or Advertiser contact must be an adult and legally capable of accepting these Terms. An Organization representative must be authorized to act for that Organization.

Minor Athletes. The default minimum age for the general Go2Pro athlete service is 10. All users under 18 use the protected minor flow. Children under 10 are not allowed in the general Go2Pro service unless a separately reviewed product or country configuration expressly permits it.

A Minor Athlete may participate only through an account or profile created, linked or approved through an authorized Parent/Guardian flow, or a separately approved organizational flow that includes the legally required parent/guardian authority. Under-13 users in the United States additionally require verifiable parental consent as COPPA requires; Go2Pro's own under-18 parent-managed baseline is intentionally stricter than COPPA's age threshold.

5. Parent/Guardian Authority

By creating or managing a Minor Athlete profile, the Parent/Guardian represents that they:

• are the child's parent/legal guardian or otherwise possess the required authority;
• provide accurate age and relationship information;
• may grant service-related permissions for the child where legally permitted;
• will manage visibility and contact permissions;
• will not provide false authorization to another adult;
• will promptly revoke or update access after custody or guardianship changes where relevant.

Go2Pro may request evidence of parental/guardian authority where risk, law or abuse indicators justify it.

6. Turning 18 — Adult Conversion

At or shortly after an athlete turns 18, Go2Pro requires an adult conversion: (1) adult user confirmation; (2) acceptance of the current adult Terms and Privacy Policy; (3) new account-control credentials where appropriate; (4) confirmation of profile visibility; (5) confirmation of content rights; (6) unlinking or re-scoping of the former Parent/Guardian control; and (7) independent KYC only where required by a feature or role.

Go2Pro does not silently leave full parental control in place indefinitely after adulthood unless the adult authorizes delegated access.

7. Roles and Access

Minor Athlete

A Minor Athlete may view age-appropriate platform areas, manage limited profile elements where enabled, upload or submit athlete content only within Parent/Guardian authorization controls, and interact with peers only through approved, moderated features.

A Minor Athlete must not: receive direct unsolicited private messages from Professionals; independently enter professional contracts through Go2Pro; independently purchase high-impact financial or trust services; reveal private contact information through public profile fields; or bypass parent controls.

Parent / Guardian

A Parent/Guardian controls minor profile creation, visibility, the professional contact flow, optional promotional consent, account closure requests, child privacy requests where legally applicable, and license purchases.

Professional

A Professional must complete applicable identity verification before protected access, and may need separate professional qualification or status verification. A Professional may not:

• contact a Minor Athlete outside the authorized parent-linked flow using information obtained on Go2Pro;
• scrape or export minor profiles;
• use athlete content outside scouting or evaluation purposes without authorization;
• imply Go2Pro endorsement;
• misrepresent licenses, qualifications or employment;
• solicit prohibited products or services.

8. Contact With Minors — Non-Negotiable

Direct professional-to-minor private messaging is disabled. Every professional contact concerning a Minor Athlete routes through: Professional → Go2Pro Contact Request → Parent/Guardian or authorized adult account → consent or response.

If an organization is permitted to manage minors, professional contact still requires the approved safeguarding/guardian workflow. No user-configurable setting may disable this global safety rule without a separately reviewed product and legal change.

9. Identity, KYC and Professional Verification

Identity verification may be performed through LutinX/Lutin Technologies Inc. or another approved provider. KYC confirms identity to the verification level shown; it does not automatically confirm professional qualification, a sports-agent licence, federation accreditation, coaching qualification, club employment, right to work, criminal-record or safeguarding clearance, medical qualification, or authority to sign for an organization.

Go2Pro maintains a separate professional status model: IDENTITY_VERIFIED, PROFESSIONAL_EVIDENCE_SUBMITTED, PROFESSIONAL_STATUS_VERIFIED, ORGANIZATION_AFFILIATION_VERIFIED, QUALIFICATION_VERIFIED, EXPIRED, SUSPENDED, UNVERIFIED. Public badges state exactly the fact verified — for example 'Identity Verified', 'Professional Status Verified', 'Club Affiliation Verified', 'Coach Qualification Verified' — and never imply broader certification than was completed.

Athlete profiles are described accurately: a Minor Athlete profile is parent-managed and parent-linked, with identity evidence available where enabled and records verified where applicable. Go2Pro does not state that every athlete is KYC verified unless that is true. See /legal/professional-verification.

10. Athlete Content

Permitted athlete content includes sport highlights, training clips, competition clips, skill-assessment clips and other approved sport content.

You must not upload, and Go2Pro will restrict or remove, content that contains: sexual content; nudity beyond a legitimate age-appropriate sporting context; bullying or harassment; hate or discrimination; threats; dangerous challenges unrelated to legitimate sport; illegal acts; doping, weapons or gambling promotion; doxxing; private contact details of minors; medical records; unnecessary precise location data; or content violating intellectual-property, image or privacy rights.

If other identifiable people appear in a video, the uploader or Parent/Guardian must have the permissions reasonably required. Go2Pro may blur, restrict, remove or request additional evidence for content presenting privacy or safety concerns.

11. Service Content License

You retain ownership of your content, subject to rights of third parties. To operate the service, you grant Go2Pro a limited license to host, encode/transcode, display, make available to authorized users, moderate, create thumbnails and previews, back up, protect, perform integrity verification on, and otherwise operate Go2Pro with your content.

This license is non-exclusive, worldwide only because the service is global, royalty-free for platform operation, sublicensable only to technical service providers necessary to operate the service, limited to service purposes, and terminable subject to retention, legal and safety obligations.

The service license is separate from any external promotional consent. Using the core Go2Pro service never requires authorizing external marketing use of a child's image or content.

12. Promotional Use of a Minor's Image or Content

Go2Pro may use a Minor Athlete's image or content for external promotion (for example Go2Pro social channels, website editorial, event promotion, a sponsor co-branded campaign or a press/media kit) only with separate, affirmative Parent/Guardian consent. This consent is optional, is recorded with its scope, channels, countries, campaign, version and timestamp, and is never bundled into the mandatory service Terms.

Withdrawal operates prospectively, subject to material already lawfully printed or published and legally retained records. Adult athletes may grant or withdraw a separate promotional consent directly.

13. Intellectual Property and Image Rights

• Your personal data is protected personal data — it is not described as Go2Pro property.
• Your content and intellectual property remain yours (or the rightsholder's), subject to the service license in Section 11.
• The Go2Pro brand, application and assets are the IP of Go2Pro and its licensors.
• LutinX trust infrastructure is the IP of Lutin Technologies Inc. and its licensors.

14. Verified Skills and Assessments

A Verified Skill or professional assessment is a dated assessment made by the identified evaluator under the method shown. It is not a guarantee of athletic ability, future performance, selection, employment, contract, medical fitness or career outcome.

Evaluators must disclose relevant conflicts of interest.

15. No Career or Contract Guarantee

Go2Pro is a technology and talent-discovery platform. Nothing on Go2Pro guarantees scout interest, a contract, a trial, employment, federation selection, a scholarship, or any immigration or visa result.

Unless separately and legally licensed for a particular service, Go2Pro is not acting as an athlete agent, employment agency, immigration advisor, sports federation, governing body or medical provider.

16. Medical and Safety Boundary

Go2Pro does not certify fitness to play, concussion clearance, weight-cut safety, medical eligibility, treatment or diagnosis. Participation in sport carries inherent physical risks, and Go2Pro technology is not a substitute for qualified coaching, medical assessment, federation rules or event safety procedures.

For Fighting and other combat sports, weight and health-related fields receive enhanced privacy review, and Go2Pro does not encourage unsafe weight cutting.

17. Anti-Doping and Integrity

Go2Pro may prohibit or report content or activity violating sport-integrity policies, but does not automatically act as an anti-doping authority. A Go2Pro profile does not prove anti-doping compliance.

18. Organizations

Organizations must: provide accurate identity and authority information; maintain required local licences and registrations; supervise their staff; comply with safeguarding rules; maintain required insurance; use minor data only for authorized sports purposes; prevent exports or scraping; remove departing staff access promptly; cooperate with safety investigations; and obtain required parental/guardian consents for their own activities. 19. Events

Unless a specific event page or order states that Go2Pro Inc. is the event organizer: Go2Pro provides technology, discovery, registration, visibility or event-support tools and does not itself sanction, licence or operate the underlying sports event.

Third-party Event Organizers remain responsible for venue safety, permits, federation/sanctioning requirements, insurance, medical and emergency arrangements, athlete eligibility, safeguarding, transport and accommodation they arrange, refunds and cancellations for their event, and local laws. When Go2Pro actually organizes an event, separate Event Terms apply.

20. Payments and Licences

The seller or merchant is clearly identified before purchase. For Go2Pro athlete and family licences, the actual Go2Pro contracting and billing entity shown at checkout and in the order confirmation applies. App-store billing terms apply where a purchase is made through an app store.

Prices may include applicable VAT or sales tax as disclosed. Renewal, cancellation and consumer withdrawal rights apply where mandated by law. Go2Pro does not use blanket 'no refund under any circumstance' language; refund exceptions apply only where legally valid.

21. Advertising and Sponsorship

Advertising on Go2Pro is governed additionally by the Advertising & Sponsorship Terms at /legal/advertising-sponsorship. For minor audiences: no behavioural ad targeting of minors; no sale of personal data for advertising; and no advertiser access to minor profiles.

22. Community Conduct

The Community Standards at /legal/community-standards are incorporated by reference and apply to all users.

23. Moderation

Go2Pro may review, restrict, remove, age-gate, disable comments on, suspend accounts for, preserve evidence of, and report to authorities where appropriate or required any content or conduct, when needed for safety, legal compliance, integrity or enforcement of these Terms. Go2Pro does not promise that every piece of content is reviewed before publication unless that is technically true.

24. Safety Reports

Users may report unauthorized contact, grooming indicators, harassment, sexual content, fraud or impersonation, professional misrepresentation, unsafe event conduct, self-harm concerns, threats and other child-safety concerns. Go2Pro may preserve relevant records even after a deletion request when necessary and legally permitted for safety, dispute, fraud, legal-hold or regulatory reasons.

25. AI-Assisted Tools

Go2Pro may use AI-assisted integrity, moderation and fraud-prevention tools where enabled. AI output is assistive; Go2Pro does not make automated final legal, professional or medical determinations about a child solely from AI unless specifically lawful and reviewed. See /legal/ai-integrity.

26. LutinX

LutinX use is governed by /legal/lutinx-trust-infrastructure and the relevant LutinX legal notices. Go2Pro does not control the internal KYC decision logic of LutinX where LutinX acts independently.

27. Suspension and Termination

Go2Pro may immediately restrict access for: child-safety risk; unauthorized minor contact; impersonation; false professional credentials; abuse; scraping; security compromise; prohibited advertising; illegal content; sanctions or legal requirements; or repeated breach of these Terms. Where feasible, Go2Pro provides an appeal or review process, except where disclosure would prejudice a safety, security or legal investigation.

28. How Go2Pro's Role Is Limited

• Go2Pro provides digital discovery, profile, communication-control, verification-display, content and sports-network tools. Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, Go2Pro is not a party to contracts, selections, engagements or sporting relationships formed between users.
• Go2Pro does not guarantee the conduct, competence, continued employment, licensing or intentions of a verified Professional. Verification reduces impersonation risk but does not eliminate all risk.
• Go2Pro does not guarantee that user-submitted sports stats, videos or claims are complete or accurate unless a specific field is marked as independently verified and the verification method is identified.
• No profile position, view count, badge, ranking, recommendation, AI result or professional contact guarantees a contract or career outcome.
• Go2Pro is not responsible for a third-party event organizer's venue, safety, insurance, medical care, travel, cancellation or regulatory compliance unless expressly undertaken in specific Event Terms.
• Go2Pro may rely on LutinX and other providers for identity, trust, hosting, communications, payment and infrastructure. A verified identity or trust record does not guarantee legal capacity, professional conduct or the accuracy of every user statement.
• AI-assisted detection can produce false positives and false negatives. Integrity flags are review signals, not conclusive findings of fraud or manipulation.
• Go2Pro does not guarantee campaign reach, conversion, sales or business results except for any specific contractual deliverable expressly guaranteed in an order form.
• Adults and organizations remain responsible for decisions they make based on platform information and must perform any additional due diligence required for contracts, employment, transfers, safeguarding, travel, immigration or event participation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, business users, Organizations, Professionals, Partners, Event Organizers and Advertisers indemnify Go2Pro for third-party claims arising from their unlawful content, unauthorized use of minor data, infringement, false credentials, unsafe event operation, prohibited advertising or breach of their professional or legal duties. No consumer-style indemnity applies to minors.

Go2Pro's liability is subject to a legally reviewable cap and exclusions. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where non-excludable, or mandatory consumer and privacy rights. For B2B accounts, a contractual cap may be tied to fees paid under the relevant agreement during a defined preceding period.

29. Governing Law and Disputes

Go2Pro Inc. is a Delaware corporation. The default governing law of these Terms is the State of Delaware, USA. For business, professional and organization relationships, the competent courts are the state and federal courts located in Delaware, unless a separately signed contract contains arbitration or another forum.

For consumers, the mandatory rights of the consumer's habitual residence are preserved. Go2Pro does not attempt to contract out of mandatory EU/EEA, UK, Swiss or other local consumer protections. No governing-law clause waives mandatory child-protection or privacy law applicable to a child. A separately signed Partner, Country Manager, Ambassador, Advertising, Sponsorship or Organization contract prevails for its specific commercial subject matter.

30. Mandatory Rights
