These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Go2Pro digital platform, accessible via the website go2pro.io and via the mobile application (together, the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Go2Pro.

1. Service Provider and Definitions

The Go2Pro Platform is operated by:

For the development and management of the Partner, Country Manager, and Ambassador network relating to football on the Go2Pro.io Platform, Go2Pro Inc. relies on the Italian company:

Go2Pro Football Srl- via Mercalli 13, Roma, Italia

Go2Pro utilizes the technology and platform of LutinX.com for identity verification (KYC), digital identity management, and blockchain registration of specific interactions.

For these Terms:

• “Platform” refers to the website go2pro.io, the Go2Pro mobile app, and all associated online services..
• “Player” or “Young Player” means a minor aged between 8 and 18 years who uses the platform to upload videos and interact with other young users.
• “Parent” or “Guardian” means the parent or legal guardian of a Player who creates, authorizes, and manages the Player’s account and purchases the Go2Pro license.
• “Scout” means a verified sports professional who uses the platform to view players’ videos and contact their parents.
• “User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including Parent, Player, Scout, or any other authorized party.

2.Purpose of the Service

Go2Pro offers a digital platform dedicated to promoting young sports talents.

The Platform permits Players, with their Parents’ permission, to upload short videos showcasing their sports skills.

These videos can be viewed by:

• other registered Players;
• verified Scouts;
• the Parents of the Players involved.

Scouts can use the platform to watch players' videos and, if interested, contact only the parents of those players through the messaging tools provided by Go2Pro.

For Scouts, access to the Platform is free. Parents pay a license fee to Go2Pro for each child, with periodic renewals (usually annually), according to the pricing and terms listed on the website or in the app at the time of purchase. Go2Pro is not an employment agency, a players’ agent, and does not in any way guarantee the conclusion of contracts, signings, or any other engagement. The platform is purely a technological tool that connects young talents with sports professionals.

3. Registration for the Platform

3.1 Requirements for Parents and Scouts

To register as a Parent or Scout, you must be of legal age and have full legal capacity under applicable law.

The Parent creates their own account and then links one or more child accounts (Players).The Parent is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the proper management of the minor’s account.

The Scout creates their own account and provides Go2Pro and/or LutinX.com with all necessary information and documentation to verify their identity and professional role, such as a federation ID card, a contract with a sports club, registration in a professional association, or other appropriate evidence.

3.2 Creation of Player Accounts

Players can only access the Platform through an account created, authorized, and linked by a Parent.

Player accounts are created by Parents through the app. Parents must:

• create the Player’s profile
• purchase the Go2Pro license for the player.
• authorize the upload and publication of the Player’s videos on the Platform.

Until the Player’s account is properly linked to a Parent and the license is purchased, the Player will not be able to upload videos or fully use the services

4. Identity Verification (KYC) and Roles

4.1 Scout KYC

Access to the platform as a Scout is subject to identity and professional verification through KYC services provided by LutinX.com and/or other authorized providers.

If the Scout cannot provide sufficient proof of their professional role, Go2Pro may deny, suspend, or revoke access to the Platform.

4.2 Parent KYC

A parent may initially create an account without completing KYC. However, once a Scout views the player's profile, watches their videos, or sends a message to the parent through the platform, the parent must complete the identity verification (KYC) process via LutinX.com.

If the Parent does not complete the KYC procedure:

• they will not be able to identify the Scout who showed interest in their child;
• They will not be able to reply to the Scout’s messages.
• their access to some Platform features may be limited.

4.3 Roles and Visibility

Parents can only view their own children.

Scouts can view videos of all registered players and may contact only the relevant parents through the platform.

Players can view other players’ videos, like them, and post comments, all in accordance with Go2Pro’s rules of conduct.

5. Content Uploaded to the Platform

5.1 Types of Content

Players may upload to the Platform with the Parent’s authorization:

• between one and five videos per week;
• each video has a maximum duration of 29 seconds.

Content must relate strictly to the Player’s sports activity and must not include prohibited or inappropriate material.

5.2 Responsibility for Content

The Parent is responsible for the content uploaded by the Player linked to their account.

The Player, under the Parent’s responsibility, agrees not to:

• upload violent, offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content regarding their own or others’ age;
• upload content that infringes on third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, image rights, or other intellectual property rights;
• Use the platform to engage in bullying, harassment, threats, or defamation.

The Scout agrees to use the content viewed on the Platform solely for sports scouting purposes and not to distribute, exploit, or use such content in a way that infringes on the rights of Players, Parents, or Go2Pro.

5.3 Rights Granted to Go2Pro

By uploading content to the Platform, the Parent, on their own behalf and on behalf of the Player, grants Go2Pro a non- exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, communicate publicly, and distribute such content to the extent necessary to:

• provide and enhance the platform;
• Promote Go2Pro and its project through advertising channels, social media, and partner platforms, while respecting the rights of minors and applicable laws.

In all cases, Go2Pro commits to handling minors’ content with care and respect for their dignity, safety, and image.

6. Moderation, Suspension, and Account Deletion

Go2Pro reserves the right to review all videos uploaded to the Platform and all comments made by Players.
At its sole discretion, Go2Pro may:

• Censor, hide, or delete content that violates these Terms, Go2Pro rules, applicable law, or that is considered inappropriate or risky for minors.
• Temporarily suspend or permanently block a Player’s or Scout’s account in cases of serious or repeated violations.
• Report any behavior that could be a crime or endanger minors' safety to the appropriate authorities.

In the event of account suspension or deletion, the User is not entitled to any compensation and, unless required by law, is not eligible for a refund of any amounts paid for licenses or other services, except as explicitly stated in the applicable commercial terms.

7. Licences, Payments and Refunds

For parents, access to full features for uploading their children’s videos and participating in the Go2Pro project requires purchasing a license for each child, with the duration and price specified on the platform at the time of purchase.

Payments are handled by third-party payment service providers. Go2Pro does not keep full payment card information.
Refund policies, withdrawal rights, and other commercial conditions are outlined in dedicated sections of the Platform and must be read and agreed upon by the Parent before completing the purchase. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the specific commercial conditions shown at the time of purchase, the latter will take precedence concerning financial matters.

For Scouts, access to the platform is 무료, subject to successful completion of the KYC process.

8. LutinX Technology, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence

Go2Pro is built on the technology and platform of LutinX.com for verifying Parents’ and Scouts’ identities (KYC) and for recording certain important interactions on the blockchain, such as verification statuses and specific metadata.

Go2Pro does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party services, although it commits to selecting reliable providers and implementing reasonable security and business continuity measures.

Go2Pro is implementing an artificial intelligence–based service to verify that videos have not been altered and that the Player shown matches the account owner. The User agrees that such technologies may be used to maintain the integrity of the Platform, prevent fraud, and protect minors and Scouts.

9.Intellectual Property on the Platform

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform (including, but not limited to, software, source code, design, trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, and navigation structures) are owned by Go2Pro Inc., LutinX.com, and/or their respective licensors.

You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the Platform or its contents unlawfully, except as explicitly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

Content uploaded by Players remains the property of the Players and/or their Parents, without prejudice to the usage rights granted to Go2Pro as outlined in section 5.3.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Go2Pro will make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and functional, but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malfunctions, or that any issues will always be fixed within specific timeframes.

Go2Pro is not a party to any contractual, sports, or employment relationships that may develop between Players, Parents, Scouts, clubs, sports organizations, or other third parties. The Platform functions solely as a tool for connecting young talents with sports professionals. Any agreements, trials, signings, or collaborations occur outside the Platform and are solely the responsibility of the involved parties.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Go2Pro shall not be responsible for:

• indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profit or lost opportunity;
• damages caused by Users' misuse of the Platform;
• Content uploaded by users, which remains their sole responsibility.
• interruptions or malfunctions caused by force majeure, network failures, problems with hosting providers, LutinX.com, or other technology partners

These exclusions and limitations of liability do not apply where prohibited by law, including cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by Go2Pro or for damages resulting from injury to life, bodily integrity, or health.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Go2Pro Privacy Policy, which is available on the platform.
By using the platform, the user acknowledges having read and understood the Privacy Policy.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on data protection, the Privacy Policy takes precedence.

12. Term, Closure, and Termination

These Terms apply as long as the User has an active account on the Platform or, if the User does not have an account, while they access or use the Platform.

The user can request to delete their account at any time, following the procedures on the Platform or by contacting Go2Pro. Deleting the account does not affect any payment obligations that have already arisen and does not automatically entitle the user to a refund of any payments made, except as required by law or specific commercial terms.

Go2Pro may suspend or close a user's account if there's a violation of these Terms, unlawful or inappropriate use of the Platform, or when required by law or a competent authority

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the User’s country of residence.

Any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation, performance, or termination of these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law, particularly regarding consumer protection

14. Changes to the Terms

Go2Pro may modify these Terms at any time, such as to reflect changes in the Platform, services offered, or applicable laws and regulations.

Changes will be published on the Platform with an updated “Last updated” date. If the changes are material, Go2Pro may notify Users through in-app alerts or email. Continuing to use the Platform after the changes are published indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
